01 — Purpose

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") define the terms and conditions for accessing and using the services operated by Agentizen (the "Publisher"), including its flagship application Citizen of AI, available at https://citizen-of-ai.agentizen.ai/ (the "Service").

The Service is published and operated by Agentizen, the company of GRONDIN Florian (the "Publisher"). These Terms apply to all the applications published by Agentizen, of which Citizen of AI is the flagship. The Service allows users to access pre-configured artificial intelligence agents (the "AI Citizens" or "Agents") capable of interacting through several language model providers ("AI Providers"), including: Anthropic, Google, Mistral AI and OpenAI. This list is subject to change.

02 — Acceptance of the Terms

Access to and use of the Service imply full, complete and unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the user.

This acceptance is materialised when the user account is created, through an explicit checkbox. It constitutes an electronic signature within the meaning of Article 1366 of the French Civil Code.

If the user does not accept these Terms, they must refrain from using the Service.

These Terms are supplemented by the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part thereof.

03 — Description of the service

Citizen of AI notably offers the following features:

  • Pre-configured AI Agents accessible to all registered users;
  • Access to the history of conversations generated by AI Agents;
  • Subscription and billing management via Stripe;
  • Integration tools that enrich the Agents' capabilities (web search, code execution, third-party connectors).
ℹ️

File storage

The application does not store the documents or files sent by the user. These are exclusively transmitted and processed by the AI Agent through the configured tools and providers, under their own terms of use.

The Publisher reserves the right to evolve the Service, to add or remove features, or to modify the integrated AI Providers, with prior notice to users when such changes are substantial.

04 — Account access and management

Important

Access to the Service requires the prior creation of a user account. The user must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in their country of residence) to use the Service.

4.1 Account creation

The user undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering. Any inaccurate information may lead to the suspension or termination of the account.

4.2 Security of credentials

The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. They undertake to inform the Publisher immediately in the event of account compromise at contact@agentizen.ai.

4.3 Account suspension and termination

The Publisher may suspend or terminate an account, with or without notice depending on the severity, in the event of:

  • non-compliance with these Terms;
  • fraudulent or abusive use of the Service;
  • breach of applicable laws or of the conditions imposed by AI Providers;
  • behaviour that undermines the integrity of the Service or of other users.

05 — Pricing and billing

The Service may offer several access levels:

  • Free offer: limited access to basic features;
  • Usage-based pricing: billing according to usage (tokens, API calls, etc.).

5.1 Billing

Billing is entirely managed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment provider. By subscribing to a paid offer, the user also accepts Stripe's terms of use. The Publisher stores no banking data.

5.2 Price changes

Prices are subject to change. Any pricing change affecting a current subscription will be notified to the user by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. The user may cancel their subscription if they refuse the new prices.

5.3 Refunds

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose performance has begun with the user's express consent. Exceptional refund requests may be sent to contact@agentizen.ai and are examined on a case-by-case basis.

06 — User obligations

To read

The user undertakes to use the Service fairly, in accordance with its purpose and applicable laws. It is notably forbidden to:

  • use the AI Agents for illegal, fraudulent purposes or to the detriment of third parties' rights;
  • generate, distribute or store illicit content (hateful, defamatory, pornographic involving minors, etc.);
  • attempt to circumvent the security or filtering mechanisms of the Service or of AI Providers;
  • reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile all or part of the Service;
  • automate access to the Service abusively (scraping, bots, etc.) without prior authorisation;
  • impersonate a third party or another user;

The user is solely responsible for the requests, data and content they submit to the AI Agents. The Publisher cannot be held liable for the consequences of the use of such content.

07 — Service availability

The Publisher endeavours to keep the Service accessible 24/7, except for scheduled interruptions or cases of force majeure.

The Publisher does not guarantee:

  • the total absence of interruptions, whether scheduled (maintenance) or unexpected (technical incidents);
  • the continuous availability of third-party AI Providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Google, etc.), whose outages or limitations are beyond the Publisher's control;
  • constant response times, which notably depend on the load of AI Providers and third-party infrastructures.

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated with reasonable notice via the Service or by email.

08 — Intellectual property

8.1 Publisher's rights

The Publisher is and remains the owner of all intellectual property rights relating to the Service: source code, interfaces, trademarks, logos, databases, architecture, documentation and any other element making up the Service.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the Service without the Publisher's prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

8.2 Content generated by AI Agents

Content produced by AI Agents in response to user requests may be freely used by the latter, subject to the specific conditions imposed by each AI Provider concerned (notably the policies of OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral and Google).

The Publisher claims no ownership of this generated content.

Full details of data processing are available in our Privacy Policy.

10 — Cookies and trackers

The Service uses cookies and trackers to ensure its proper functioning and improve the user experience. Cookies deposited notably include:

  • Essential cookies: necessary for the operation of the Service (authentication, session, preferences);
  • Analytical cookies: anonymised audience measurement to improve the Service;
  • Third-party cookies: from Stripe and integrated AI Providers.

In accordance with applicable regulations, non-essential cookies are only deposited after explicit consent from the user.

11 — Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher's liability is not engaged for:

  • the results, content or recommendations produced by AI models, which may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate;

AI Agents do not replace a professional

Content generated by AI Agents does not in any case constitute medical, legal, financial or professional advice. Always consult a qualified expert for important decisions.

The Publisher's total liability, if engaged, is capped at the amount actually paid by the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.

12 — Changes to the Terms

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, notably to comply with legal, regulatory or technical developments.

Any substantial modification will be notified to the user by email and/or by a visible notice on the Service, at least 15 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after this period constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Previous versions of the Terms are archived and available on request at contact@agentizen.ai.

13 — Termination

13.1 By the user

The user may delete their account at any time from the Service settings or by sending a request to contact@agentizen.ai. Deleting the account results in the immediate termination of the current subscription, without pro-rata refund except where otherwise provided.

13.2 By the Publisher

The Publisher may suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice depending on the severity of the facts, in the event of a breach of these Terms. An email will be sent to the user to inform them.

13.3 Effects of termination

On the termination date, access to the Service is immediately disabled. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and legal retention obligations.
